We want you to love your Peppermayo look, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the products.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid or standard shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit or refund is processed.
